How did people, who used to have low confidence change?

When you think about it, low confidence is a direct result of a loss of trust.
Trust in yourself – a lack of confidence and self-belief, or trust in others – or other things. And it all comes down to one prime emotion – the dense low vibration state of fear.
If you can lose the feelings of fear, you will lose all tension and stress. And, in that case your confidence will soar.
Of course it is easier said than done – to lose fear from your life. But once you know that this is all there is to tension, stress, worry, low self-confidence, and depression, it creates a single focal point to concentrate on.
Forget about all the various reasons (symptoms) that are causing your lack of confidence and focus on why you are afraid.
Afraid of losing something/someone is the prime cause of most low confidence.
Afraid of letting others down and not living up to expectations, is another.
Afraid of other people’s reactions.
Afraid of fear itself (which leads to an ever spiralling cycle)
Afraid that a bad situation will never get better, and so on…
These things are all the result of a lack of self-worth (low self-confidence). The emotion of fear is brought into being by nothing more than expectation – expecting the worse and then usually, sub-consciously manifesting it.
There is not a single ‘magic-pill’ solution to losing fear and and gaining self-confidence. Perhaps the symptoms might be treatable, to a degree, with a drug (natural or chemical) but a holistic approach needs to be taken, to find the deep and underlying factors that are creating the fear – the reason for your lack of trust and self-belief…

there are lots of exercise guides on the internet but some of them are not scientifically proven and just assumptions,
yes – I totally agree…however, it all depends on the definition of ‘scientifically’ (most of ‘science’ is highly controlled by money)
