What are the best things to do to improve my presence and confidence?

The ONLY thing you need to do if you want to know how to improve self confidence… Is understand, and accept, who and what you really are.

Until you do this all the other suggestions that people offer you in this regard, will only give you superficial results, at best.

What is the BEST (and only thing) you need to do to improve your self confidence’?

You need to Free Your Mind.

An Open Mind is the prerequisite to ALL success in any aspect of life…

You have to accept, and come to terms with, the fact that your life is NOT a random event.
An accident of birth. The development of a cosmic accident, or ‘primordial soup’.
You did NOT evolve from a lower life form.

You are the creation of a High Energetic Frequency. A Consciousness. An Intelligence. Call it ‘God’, if you want.

You are the perfect blend of energetic vibrations, electrical functions and chemical interactions.

You, are not a ‘physical’ entity, you only think you are in physical form, because you have no experience of anything else. Your perceptions of yourself are limited by your limited beliefs.

You are, in fact, an energetic force of ALL possibility

Embrace this. Celebrate it. Don’t doubt it.

Your life has NO limits…except those you, yourself, impose upon it – or allow others to do so.

It is NOT just motivational rah – rah, to tell you that you are an Omnipotent being. You are capable of achieving everything you want. That you have the power to manifest virtually anything you want into your life.

It is a simple statement of fact. Of course, though you need to learn this mindset. It is not something that will just happen!

When you think about it the lack of self confidence is brought about by the emotional state of fear. Therefore to improve self confidence you will have to recognise what you are afraid of. Usually the primary issues leading to low self-esteem (a lack of confidence) are…Being afraid of failure and of appearing less than competent to other people.

You will lose this fear from your life if you understand and appreciate that all failure is a necessary learning experience. Everyone HAS to experience failure at some point in their lives in order to evolve as a person.

The sooner you fail at something, the sooner you will begin to succeed at it. No one, amongst those who matter to you, will judge you as harshly as you judge yourself. There is no one who is perfect at everything. Therefore most people (those that matter anyway) will understand your learning process.
