What’s the most natural way to show confidence?
It is easy to answer this question self-confidence how to build – and give the usual superficial suggestions and platitudes, that most other people would suggest…
– Be yourself
– Embrace failure as a learning experience
– Love yourself
– Let your own personality shine through
– Take risks
– Buck up, you CAN do it
– No one is better than you
– Have faith in your abilities –
Recognising your own worth
…and all that kind of stuff…!
But, how will this help?
You can read self confidence how to build it, quotes, such as;
“Confidence means believing in yourself, feeling comfortable with who you are, and recognising that you have worth.”
“Action is a great restorer and builder of confidence.”
“I have a confidence about my life that comes from standing tall on my own two feet.”
…all all that…!
But, how will this help you?
It really does not matter what other people say about self confidence how to build
or how they have overcome their own low self-esteem challenges. This will not effect you. It may inspire you for a while and you may get some motivation from it. But, essentially your low confidence issues are your own. They have been caused by circumstances in you own life. Not the lives of others…unless you have allowed other people to effect your confidence.
You have to face your own circumstances yourself. You have to get yourself over the obstacles and challenges that you have invited into your life. By your reactions, actions, or non-actions to the situations that happen every day.
Looking to others for the answers will have limited value. They may help to treat the ‘symptoms’ of the way you feel, but they will not address the reasons why you feel as you do.
I guess, that the best way…ah, the only way to show ‘natural’ confidence, is by actually having natural confidence. And I know that is far easier to say than do.
It would seem to me that this question is really about how you can you lose your fear in a natural way (without synthetic medication and or external treatments). FEAR is the ONLY thing that causes a lack of confidence – (low self-esteem)
In the end it really doesn’t matter what your question is about… Because gaining confidence – banishing low self-esteem – permanently, can only be done by following a holistic approach. Starting by gaining the right mindset for making positive changes in your life.
You do NOT need a method – tips or tricks about self-confidence how to build…
you WANT a whole new outlook on your life. One that will address and solve all the low self-esteem (fear) issues that you may have.
Everything, in terms of gaining success – in anything, depends completely on your personal belief system.
No matter what your current situation is. Whatever your ‘perceived’ circumstances are, having low self-confidence is just a learning process, that you have to go through as part of your development as a human being
Low self-belief is at the negative (low vibrations) end of the emotional frequency. It will ultimately lead you ever nearer to the opposite of the emotional frequency – higher vibrations leading to confidence and self-belief. The higher your personal vibrations are, the better you will always feel. About yourself and about everything else.
Self confidence how to build it…
Regardless of it being a necessary learning experience, nobody wants to go through endless bouts of low self-esteem in their lives.
But, think about this; how many people go through life perceptually high on confidence? No one!
ALL emotions, wherever they are on the spectrum of energetic frequencies, are nothing more than reactions to circumstances or stimulus.
And until you reach your ultimate enlightened state and become as one with Creation (God, The Source) different emotions will always be part of your Earthly existence.
The right mindset is the ONLY thing that actually matters for whatever you want to achieve in your life. However, the idea that self-belief can only be measured by success, will always limit your success. Because self-belief is an emotional state rather than a cognitive one. You have to feel confidence not just think it!
Natural self confidence how to build.
So what’s the most natural way to show confidence…by having natural confidence – there is NO other answer! How can you gain natural confidence, if you are not naturally confident? Learning about yourself. Find out who and what you really are.
By ‘waking’ up to the true reality that you exist in. Not the distorted, limiting reality you are constantly fed by ‘education’, news media (propaganda), group think, and so-called ‘experts’. Who are mostly far more motivated by profits, than any real desire to help you.
Come to terms with your fear. With what is causing your fear. Face it knowing that whatever happens, you cannot lose. If you are successful, even only a little. This will lead you to further success. Which, of course will lead to higher natural self confidence. If you fail, embrace your failure. It is actually MORE valuable to you than success in the long-term, for self confidence how to build.
LEARN from your failure.
Even if you learn only a little, it will result in raising your personal vibrations. (Even if only sub-consciously). With higher personal vibrations you can try again. This time the results of your actions will be more positive.
Of course, there is far more to all this than I can explain here in an answer on this post. However, I hope I have, at least given you food for thought…an alternate insight…?
To mitigate, or even ‘cure’ your state of fear (that leads to low self-esteem) you need to take ‘action’ an obvious statement, but a fact. You need to do something, anything. Rather than just give in to self-doubt. You have to break the vicious cycle. Fear breeds self-doubt, self-doubt breeds more fear. And so on…
